Learning & development

A source document becomes a training video your team can approve.

Compytence AI drafts the narration from the file you upload, lays the lesson out scene by scene, and holds the render until reviewers sign off.

PDF, DOCX, or TXT in. Script, voice, brand, and review plan out. Built for learning teams by Celeritas Digital.

The path

The same desk your team already uses.

Nothing here is a separate demo flow. These are the steps inside Video Builder, Review Plan, and the dashboard.

01

Upload the source

Drop a PDF, DOCX, or TXT up to 50MB. Add instruction notes for what to prioritize, summarize, explain, or teach.

02

Draft the narration, then edit it

Pick a tone: Corporate, Conversational, Humorous, Inspirational, or Dramatic. The draft stays inside the source, aims for a spoken lesson, and stops at 600 words. You rewrite any line before it moves on.

03

Set the look, the voice, and the frame

Choose Silhouette Iconography, Scenes Illustration, or Kinetic Typography. Add one of five voices, optional music under the narration, and a title card plus an outro you can rename.

04

Review the plan scene by scene

Each line is paired with a visual and a match score. Adjust the storyboard, then produce the video only when the plan is right.

05

Pass it through the team

Finished videos sit in Draft, Pending Review, or Approved. Leave a comment, assign a reviewer, and the status moves with the file.

Visual styles

Three training looks. One review plan.

Each style is a full production path, previewable before you commit, and labeled Style 1 in the builder.

Icons that stay readable on a brand field.

This is the Style 1 iconography preview from Video Builder: short narration, wrapped on-screen text, and symbols built for compliance and process modules.

Approval

A video is not finished when it renders. It is finished when the right person says so.

The dashboard keeps every piece in one of three lanes. Reviewers comment, get assigned, and move the status without leaving the file.
